We're Home

We're Home!!!!!!!!!!

The boys were real troopers throughout the trip and really did a great job. Eleven hours of flying and nary a complaint. Our friend Peter ( Father of 2 boys and our Dad on call), picked us at SFO and brought us to Lafayette. Ben got to experience his first San Francisco rush hour but more importantly, his first day in California.

He was a bit hesitant to go into our house even though he'd seen pictures and videos. Once inside, Julie gave him the tour and he quickly seemed comfortable. He and Zach played with every toy they could pull out and even took turns riding Zach' bike.

Stan has accepted Ben and later tonight, Ben met Ellie and Painter for the first time. Ellie's exuberance may be a little much for Ben but we're sure that within a few days, they'll be fine.

Any how, we're kind of tired and nee do settle into our new time (15 hour time difference may take some time).
